Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between FeelAutom and its clients for access to the platform's services and content.

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between Franck PICHARD, operating the FeelAutom platform (hereinafter "FeelAutom"), and any user (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to access paid services offered on feelautom.fr.
Any order implies full acceptance of these T&C. The Client acknowledges having read the T&C before any transaction.

3. Services Offered
FeelAutom offers the following services and content:
→ Educational content (free): technical articles, tutorials, and industrial automation analyses.
→ Network tools: diagnostic and monitoring software for Profinet and EtherCAT networks.
→ Training (coming soon): certification programs on Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, and CODESYS.
→ Freelance network: connection with consultants specialized in industrial automation.

4. Pricing
Service prices are indicated in euros (€), excluding VAT (VAT exemption scheme applies).
FeelAutom reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Applicable prices are those displayed at the time of order.
Promotional offers may be proposed occasionally. They are not retroactive.
5. Order and Payment Terms
Orders are placed directly on the feelautom.fr platform. The Client receives a confirmation email after their order is validated.
Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or any other payment method offered at the time of order. Full payment is due upon ordering.
In case of payment failure, the order is automatically canceled. FeelAutom is not responsible for any bank charges.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer protection law, the Client has 14 calendar days from the date of subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the Client must notify their decision by email to contact@feelautom.fr.
Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately and whose delivery began with the consumer's express agreement, acknowledging the loss of their right of withdrawal.
7. Access to Services
Access to services is effective after payment confirmation. In case of technical access issues, the Client must contact FeelAutom at contact@feelautom.fr within 48 hours.
FeelAutom commits to maintaining platform availability at 99% annual uptime, excluding planned maintenance announced in advance.
8. Liability
FeelAutom commits to providing its services with care and professionalism. However, FeelAutom cannot be held liable for:
→ Indirect, consequential, or immaterial damages resulting from the use of services.
→ The unsuitability of services to the Client's specific needs.
→ Service interruptions due to external causes (network outages, force majeure).
FeelAutom's liability is in any case limited to the total amount actually paid by the Client for the relevant order.
9. Intellectual Property
All content offered by FeelAutom (texts, videos, software, documentation, etc.) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Franck PICHARD.
Access to services grants the Client a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
10. Personal Data
The processing of personal data under these T&C is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible at feelautom.fr/politique-de-confidentialite.
11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These T&C are subject to French law.
In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution within 30 days. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
